About the Role

You will run day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is safe, well-presented, stocked, and efficient. You will coordinate hospitality, events, suppliers, onboarding preparation, health and safety inspections, and administrative support while improving the overall workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a busy office in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading or supervising a reception or front-of-house team
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and building management
  • Experience organising workplace events, hospitality, and executive or customer visits
  • Communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Leonberg five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily office operations
  • Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate hospitality for meetings and events
  • Plan and deliver office events and workplace initiatives
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, deliveries, catering, and workplace services
  • Prepare desks, access, and welcome materials for onboarding
  • Provide administrative support to the People team
  • Monitor health and safety standards and complete workplace inspections
  • Act as the contact for day-to-day workplace matters
  • Improve workplace operations and service quality
