About the Role

You will run daily office operations, reception, vendors, facilities, supplies, mail, safety, and maintenance. You will organize meetings, lunches, events, and offsites; support workplace tickets and projects; coordinate construction work; and maintain a polished, productive office environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of facilities, workplace operations, office administration, or hospitality experience
• G-Suite product proficiency or ability to learn software quickly
• Organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Written, non-verbal, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reception, office operations, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and facility maintenance
• Open and close the office daily
• Accept, triage, distribute, and organize mail and small-package deliveries
• Manage office and kitchen inventory, supply ordering, spending, and budget tracking
• Maintain a clean, tidy, organized office
• Create workplace experiences for employees, visitors, recruits, customers, and vendors
• Produce office experiences and events
• Communicate facility and building safety preparedness
• Manage contractor, supplier, building-management, maintenance, and cleaning-staff relationships
• Organize lunches, meetings, team-building events, and offsites
• Coordinate design and construction projects on site
• Answer workplace tickets
• Support ad-hoc projects
