About the Role
You manage daily office operations including supplies assets equipment and office expenses. You process bills invoices and gifts while maintaining accurate records. You track attendance and leave administer office files and databases and support payroll and recruitment activities. You liaise with landlords service providers and building management assist with visa documentation prepare monthly reports and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration Management or a related field
- Two to three years of office administration experience
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and daily operations
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in document preparation record keeping and expense tracking
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to review bills and invoices for timely payment
- Attention to detail with visa and other essential documents
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience managing attendance leave requests and HR support
- Good spoken and written English
- Chinese proficiency is advantageous
