About the Role

You will own the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring it is organised, welcoming, well-stocked, and functional. You will manage office-related suppliers, facilities, access, health and safety, security, supplies, equipment, and budgets. You will support senior leadership and visiting colleagues by coordinating diaries, travel, accommodation, and expenses. You will organise meetings, off-sites, socials, and company events, and lead practical onboarding arrangements for new joiners. You will partner with People, IT, and Operations to improve office processes and help foster an inclusive, energising workplace.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar operations or administrative role
  • Organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Supplier, budget, and external relationship management
  • Interest in fintech and tokenisation

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day running of the London office
  • Manage relationships with building management, landlords, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Resolve office-related queries and minimise disruption
  • Oversee health and safety, security, and office access
  • Coordinate diaries, travel, accommodation, and expenses for senior leadership and visiting team members
  • Organise meetings, off-sites, team socials, and company events
  • Lead onboarding arrangements, including desk setup, equipment, access, and day-one welcome
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets
  • Partner with People, IT, and Operations on employee lifecycle processes
  • Help nurture an inclusive, energising, and collaborative office culture
  • Improve office systems and processes as the organisation scales
