About the Role
You will establish and sustain electromechanical manufacturing processes, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues, validate engineering changes through pilot builds, and investigate failures. You will use production data and documentation to improve quality, yield, rework, and throughput.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or an RMA service environment
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical production issues
- Ability to interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation
- Working knowledge of precision mechanical assembly
- Experience performing inspections, in-process verification, or production testing
Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies
- Improve scrap, rework, first-pass yield, and throughput through troubleshooting and SPC-driven analysis
- Validate engineering changes through pilot builds
- Investigate production failures and implement corrective actions
