About the Role
You will lead new WES implementation projects from requirements definition and specification agreement with end users through on-site integration. You will coordinate WMS, network, and AGV vendors; manage schedules, costs, risks, and quality; drive testing; and improve operations and system performance after launch.
Requirements
- Experience driving large-scale or complex IT, equipment, or infrastructure projects
- Experience negotiating and building agreement with customers, vendors, and internal engineers
- Foundational IT literacy, including system architecture, interfaces, and network concepts
- Business-level Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills
Responsibilities
- Define requirements and agree specifications with end users
- Manage specification changes
- Coordinate WMS, network, AGV, and other vendors
- Manage project schedules, costs, risks, quality, and delivery
- Plan and drive integration, system, and acceptance testing
- Lead on-site integration
- Improve operations and tune system performance after launch
