About the Role
You will manage, enhance, and optimize Tangem’s NetSuite ERP environment and connected processes. You will develop SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and SuiteTalk integrations, integrate AI into business processes, customize system components, manage security, oversee audits and releases, translate business requirements into enhancements, lead module rollouts, maintain documentation, train internal users, and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of NetSuite development and configuration experience
- Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk REST/SOAP
- Experience with middleware tools such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, OIC/NSIP, or similar
- Knowledge of financial operations and ERP data architecture
- NetSuite certification preferred
- Practical experience with AI integration into ERP is a major advantage
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability and willingness to work remotely and self-organize
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and SuiteTalk integrations
- Integrate AI into business processes where possible
- Customize forms, records, dashboards, and reports
- Manage user roles, permissions, and overall system security
- Oversee system audits, testing, and release management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements
- Lead module rollouts and improvements with the head of finance automation
- Maintain technical documentation and provide internal training
- Provide technical support to users
