About the Role
You will get hands-on exposure across marketing, communications, and multimedia design, working closely with the Marketing and Sales team to produce high-quality visuals and content while supporting campaigns and events. You will design digital assets such as social media graphics, infographics, presentations, web banners, and email templates, and help translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals. You will also support event marketing materials, assist with video editing, contribute to marketing strategy execution, manage the CRM database, create and schedule social media content, research and draft thought leadership pieces, and maintain the marketing calendar. This role is ideal if you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow your creative and strategic skills in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Mass Communications, Design, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn new software and digital tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable—comfortable working in a dynamic startup culture
- Interest in fintech, private credit, or alternative investments will be an advantage
- Portfolio submission required alongside CV
Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital assets including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, web banners, and email templates
- Support event marketing through the creation of flyers, signage, and promotional materials
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist with video editing and production for campaigns and events
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage and update the company's CRM database ensuring accurate investor records
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Conduct research and draft thought leadership pieces on fintech, private credit, venture capital, and impact investing
- Maintain the marketing and sales calendar, tracking completed and upcoming initiatives
