You will own the strategy and execution of the brand's voice across the most critical digital platforms. You will act as a lead storyteller, translating global impact and technology breakthroughs into compelling content that engages partners, policymakers, and the press. You'll work at the fast-paced intersection of technology and transit, where your creativity directly shapes how the world perceives the future of mobility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing diverse, professional audiences
- Technically proficient in cinematography (mobile) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Figma) to produce high-quality assets independently
- Expert writer and editor with the ability to translate complex technology, policy, and impact-driven work into human-centered, shareable narratives
- Adept at media relations and coordination, excited to navigate press events and manage real-time community engagement
- Self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their projects from concept to delivery
- Based in New York City HQ, comfortable with occasional travel for field-based content capture
Responsibilities
- Architect the global media strategy, defining the narrative and growth goals for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and PR
- Lead on-the-ground asset generation, traveling to partner sites to shoot and edit original, social-first video and photo content
- Concept and launch digital ad campaigns to reach key buyers and influencers globally
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop social strategies that amplify the company vision
- Orchestrate digital press coordination, pitching and liaising with media during key events
- Optimize performance through data-driven insights, tracking platform KPIs and analyzing trends
