About Amdax
Amdax is a regulated European crypto service provider offering multiple ways to invest in crypto assets. Through its accessible platform, clients can trade in a curated selection of screened crypto assets and store them securely in a full-reserve digital vault, with Amdax being the first EU crypto service provider to complete an ISAE 3000 Type 2 audit. For those who prefer not to manage their own portfolios, Amdax offers managed investing through several strategies run by a team of experts, including its newer 'Select' strategy which combines human expertise with algorithmic execution, available from €100,000. Amdax also serves entrepreneurs and businesses by allowing crypto investment through a BV, holding company, foundation, or other legal entity via a dedicated business account. The company publishes research (Amdax Research) and market outlooks such as its annual House View, and serves individual investors as well as institutional and business clients.

About the Role
You will own how Amdax looks, sounds, and appears to the outside world. Rather than executing on a briefing, you will decide what needs to happen so that a community of wealthy individuals, business owners (DGAs), and family offices come to know Amdax as a trusted party long before they become clients. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketer, but on brand, events, and PR you will set the course and safeguard quality. A working student will support you with execution. This is a senior role for someone who is strategically strong, able to set and substantiate direction for brand, events, and PR to management, while remaining driven by content and hands-on execution: organizing the event yourself, writing the copy yourself, maintaining journalist contacts yourself.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in brand and events, preferably in a financial or premium environment, with a track record of independent ownership
- In-depth expertise in brand, content, and storytelling, along with relevant experience in PR and events
- Experience using AI agents as a regular part of your work, from setting up agents that automatically generate and distribute content to media monitoring
- Strategic capability to set direction toward management while preferring hands-on execution such as writing, organizing, and maintaining networks yourself
- Excellent Dutch writing skills and good command of English in speech and writing
- Familiarity with the world of wealthy entrepreneurs and knowledge of how to reach, engage, and position that audience in the media
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and availability for 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Organize private knowledge sessions, webinars, and roundtable discussions for DGAs, wealthy individuals, and family offices from concept to execution
- Attend relevant events in the target audience and ensure strong representation of Amdax
- Oversee follow-up after events and route warm leads directly to the Relationship Managers
- Safeguard the identity, positioning, and tone of voice across all external communication
- Edit and coordinate columns, whitepapers, and educational material, and write content yourself where it makes a difference
- Create sales decks, factsheets, and presentations that enable Relationship Managers to pitch professionally
- Align communications that qualify as advertising with legal to ensure compliance
- Write and place press releases at the right moment and recognize when developments are newsworthy
- Monitor and safeguard Amdax's reputation and proactively signal where adjustments are needed
