About the Role
You'll take ownership of Juniper's voice in our fastest-growing market. You'll write everything from campaign concepts and VO scripts to landing pages, emails, and in-app content. You'll work at the intersection of brand and performance, bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring messaging stays consistent, engaging, and clinically credible. This role is managed by our Creative Lead in Berlin.
Requirements
- More than four years of experience as a German copywriter in an agency, in-house team or as a freelancer
- Native German speaker with advanced English
- Strong experience with creative development processes from concepts and ideas through to creation and execution
- Ability to communicate copy and ideas clearly in response to briefs
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to convince key stakeholders and work within a team
- Track record of bringing people along on a journey so they understand what is changing and why
- Bilingual in German and English, based in Berlin
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the tone of voice and glossary for product and brand
- Write clear and empathetic copy with personality, setting the highest standard for German-market copy
- Develop new ideas based on insights and work with the creative team to turn them into campaign concepts and scripts
- Support the acquisition team with briefs across channels including ads, landing pages, emails, articles, press releases, app and website
- Develop ideas and support creation for performance marketing and other owned media channels
- Shape messaging and positioning for new Eucalyptus products, campaigns, initiatives and features
