About the Role

You will own the strategy for how AlphaSense is positioned in EMEA and APAC, shaping the narratives, segments, and go-to-market plays that drive awareness, adoption, and expansion. You'll bring a strong ownership mindset and a bias for decisive action, operating comfortably in ambiguity, establishing new go-to-market motions, and scaling those that prove effective. This role gives you the runway to build something foundational—a point of view on the EMEA and APAC markets, durable growth engines, and, over time, a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong product marketing foundation, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Track record leading product marketing for international or EMEA markets, ideally with enterprise or upper mid-market customers
  • Demonstrated success building and executing go-to-market strategies that drove adoption, revenue, and retention in new or underpenetrated regions
  • Comfortable turning ambiguous problem spaces into clear strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong storyteller who can distill complex data-rich products into compelling narratives for senior audiences
  • Highly analytical, able to use data to size opportunities, prioritize bets, and measure impact
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success at senior levels
  • Experience hiring, coaching, or informally leading other product marketers
  • Must be comfortable presenting to large groups and willing to speak at regional events and tradeshows
  • Domain expertise in financial services, capital markets, or market intelligence strongly preferred
  • Experience with AI, data, or analytics products
  • Comfortable with hybrid working, including time in the Monument based office
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set the product marketing strategy for EMEA and APAC, defining where to play and how to win
  • Craft region-specific messaging, positioning, and narratives that resonate with EMEA and APAC buyers and users
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market for key launches and growth initiatives in EMEA and APAC
  • Partner closely with regional Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success to build full-funnel journeys
  • Translate complex product capabilities and content into clear role-based value propositions and stories
  • Run structured market and customer insight work including win/loss, customer interviews, field feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Feed EMEA and APAC perspectives into the global roadmap
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales and customer assets and partner with Revenue Enablement on training
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms connecting EMEA and APAC GTM teams with global Product and Marketing
  • Design and hire an EMEA product marketing team over time
