About the Role
You will own Flutter app features and domains end to end, from architecture and state management to performance and release quality. You will build reliable trading, funding, custody, and portfolio experiences; maintain CI/CD and app-store releases; establish agentic development practices; and work with backend, product, design, and compliance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years building production mobile apps
- Recent Flutter and Dart expertise shipped to the App Store and Play Store
- State management experience with Bloc, Riverpod, or similar tools
- Understanding of app architecture and large codebases
- Experience with platform channels, native SDK integration, and iOS or Android debugging
- Knowledge of app performance, memory, offline and real-time data, secure storage, and mobile networking with REST and WebSocket APIs
- Understanding of correctness for money-moving flows, including idempotency, error states, edge cases, and distributed backend systems
- Daily use of coding agents
- Experience building or customizing an agentic workflow, tool, or automation
- Knowledge of human oversight and guardrails for agents in regulated environments
- Written communication and design documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Own Flutter app features and domains end to end across iOS and Android
- Build regulated trading, funding, custody, and portfolio flows
- Write clean, well-tested, observable Dart and Flutter code
- Own CI/CD, App Store and Play Store submissions, staged rollouts, and crash monitoring
- Define and validate agentic SDLC practices for design, review, testing, and incident response
- Partner with backend, product, design, and compliance stakeholders
