About the Role

Build, ship, and maintain a regulated Flutter mobile application for trading, funding, custody, and portfolio experiences. Own mobile architecture, state management, performance, release quality, CI/CD, app-store delivery, and agentic SDLC practices while collaborating with backend, product, design, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years building production mobile applications.
  • Recent Flutter and Dart expertise shipped to both the App Store and Play Store.
  • Experience with Bloc, Riverpod, or similar state management and mobile architecture.
  • Experience with platform channels, native SDK integration, and iOS or Android debugging.
  • Understanding of performance, memory, offline and real-time data, secure storage, and mobile networking.
  • Experience with REST and WebSocket APIs.
  • Experience with idempotency, error handling, and correctness in money-moving flows.
  • Daily use of coding agents and experience building or customizing an agentic workflow, tool, or automation.
  • Strong written communication and sound judgment in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build, ship, and maintain Flutter features across iOS and Android.
  • Own architecture, state management, performance, and release quality.
  • Deliver trading, funding, custody, portfolio, and other money-moving flows.
  • Write clean, tested, and observable Dart and Flutter code.
  • Own CI/CD, app-store submissions, staged rollouts, and crash monitoring.
  • Define and validate coding-agent practices for mobile design, review, testing, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with backend, product, design, and compliance.
