About the Role
You will support and direct finance, contracts, procurement, and project controls activities for domestic and international projects. You will coordinate with sponsors and partners, analyze project information, maintain plans, develop subcontract statements of work, oversee subcontracts, and contribute to project-management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience
- Two years of finance and contract implementation and management experience
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Resolution, or similar enterprise software
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance
- Pass a pre-placement drug test and participate in random drug testing
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with federal sponsors, international partners, laboratory colleagues, and subject matter experts
- Collaborate with staff and line managers to address implementation challenges
- Support procurement and project-controls activities, including purchase requisitions, subcontract modifications, and funding commitments
- Organize data sets and address group and section business needs
- Analyze project data and information
- Maintain and update project plans and analyses
- Develop subcontract statements of work and provide technical oversight to subcontracts
- Participate in required programs and initiatives
- Enhance project-management capabilities and performance
