About the Role

You'll develop and execute innovative 360° marketing plans to drive user adoption and transaction volume for Coins.ph's payment products such as QRPH and WebPay. You'll identify, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with key merchants, billers, and telco partners, designing high-impact co-marketing campaigns like cashback promotions and exclusive discounts to enhance payment utility and network effect. You'll leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to tailor global best practices to the Filipino market. You'll own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from budgeting and planning to creative development, performance tracking, and ROI analysis. You'll also collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and seamless execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnership, and growth roles within a leading Southeast Asian e-wallet or payment company is preferred
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine digital payments landscape, user behavior, and competitive dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
