About the Role
You will own end-to-end quality across the product surface. You will build and test assistants, run live calls and simulations across provider integrations, create Playwright tests, identify and document bugs, improve automated coverage, and partner with engineers on testing strategies for new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA, SDET, test engineering, or product engineering with a strong testing focus
- Experience with a modern end-to-end testing framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Ability to read and write TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience testing complex distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or real-time behavior
- Daily experience using AI coding agents
- Strong written communication for bug reports and test plans
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy assistants and run live calls and simulations across provider integrations
- Create and maintain Playwright end-to-end tests for the dashboard
- Identify, document, and report product bugs
- Own release testing for major product areas
- Improve automated test coverage
- Partner with engineers on test strategies for new features
- Use AI coding agents to expand test scenarios and regression coverage
- Extend testing practices and contribute reusable QA patterns
