About the Role

You will design and implement scalable solutions that improve multilingual LLM performance. You will publish research, contribute to academic discourse, mentor junior colleagues, and help establish multilingual AI and NLP practices. You will work with multilingual data, ML pipelines, and language-model research.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Track record in large-scale data processing and ML pipeline development
• Expertise in Python and software engineering best practice
• Understanding of multilingual data challenges and NLP fundamentals
• Strong publication record or demonstrated research potential
• Ability to communicate across technical and research communities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable multilingual LLM solutions
• Improve multilingual LLM performance across skills
• Publish research findings in top-tier venues
• Mentor junior team members
• Shape best practices in multilingual AI and NLP
