About the Role
You will research and develop methods that advance large language models. You will build infrastructure for large-scale model training, evaluation, and analysis, design and implement AI solutions, deploy AI systems, and release models and tools to the open-source community.
Requirements
- Strong publication record in machine learning, natural language processing, or a relevant scientific domain
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX, or distributed systems such as Ray or Kubernetes
- Experience training large transformer models in a distributed manner
- Familiarity with fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience with audio or speech processing and NLP
