About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of the Mac fleet, including procurement, enrollment, patching, encryption, inventory, and recovery. You will administer identity and SaaS access, support employee lifecycle processes, maintain office technology, automate recurring IT work, and strengthen endpoint controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Mac fleet from procurement through retirement, including enrollment, setup, patching, encryption, and recovery.
- Administer identity and SaaS access through Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA.
- Manage onboarding, role changes, and offboarding for devices and access.
- Maintain office Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, hardware, software, and vendors.
- Automate provisioning, support triage, access requests, and repetitive administration with agents.
- Run endpoint controls, test recovery access, support investigations and audits, and create self-service tools and documentation.
