About the Role
You will evolve enterprise platform primitives, build secure integration gateways, design multi-tenant abstractions, improve enterprise onboarding, work with customers, and make security, compliance, and reliability core product capabilities.
Requirements
- Build platform systems where abstractions are the product
- Reason about multi-tenancy, isolation, authentication, routing, and observability
- Ship reliable systems in a fast-changing product environment
- Understand deployment flexibility, security, admin tooling, and compliance
- Build with language models
- Understand agents, MCP, and tool use
- Write design documentation and explain complex infrastructure clearly
Responsibilities
- Evolve enterprise platform primitives for governance, auditability, observability, permissions, routing, and control planes
- Build secure integration gateways between agents, SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs
- Design multi-tenant abstractions
- Improve enterprise onboarding as a repeatable product experience
- Work with customers to address real deployment issues
- Make security, compliance, and reliability first-class product capabilities
