About the Role
You will own post-sales technical relationships for strategic accounts. You will assess software-development workflows, create deployment plans, accelerate customer go-lives, drive adoption, build repeatable playbooks, and translate field insights into product capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design
- Product-management mindset
- Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments
- Product intuition and user empathy
- Ability to work credibly with engineers and stakeholders
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is desirable
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts after deal close
- Assess customer software-development workflows and identify friction
- Design deployment plans and accelerate customer go-lives
- Drive sustained adoption and consumption growth

- Monitor consumption and address blockers or usage declines
