About the Role
Support the processing and reconciliation of institutional client cash movements, primarily via wire and ACH. Review, verify, and approve transactions accurately and promptly, investigate and resolve operational inquiries, perform cash account reconciliations, follow internal controls and relevant regulations, escalate risks, collaborate cross-functionally, produce reporting, and use Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker for end-to-end fiat operations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of banking operations experience focused on wire processing.
- Knowledge of payment systems.
- Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
- Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Understanding of Regulation E and Dodd-Frank rules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience supporting institutional client operations in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker.
- Ability to execute end-to-end fiat operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational tasks and processes for institutional clients.
- Review, verify, and approve client transactions.
- Execute and monitor daily cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers via wire and ACH.
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash accounts.
- Investigate and resolve operational inquiries related to cash transactions.
- Ensure processes follow established procedures and internal controls.
- Maintain knowledge of Regulation E and Dodd-Frank rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational solutions.
- Identify and escalate risks to management.
