About the Role
You will own the purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware, optimize procurement workflows, analyze supply chain performance with Coupa and Excel, manage hardware warranties, build dashboards, coordinate demand forecasting and technical specifications, and ensure compliance across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience
- Experience managing complex global supply chains
- Experience driving vendor onboarding
- Experience implementing continuous process improvements
- High expertise in Excel, including data modeling and dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Coupa and Jira
Responsibilities
- Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware
- Analyze and streamline procurement workflows
- Monitor supply chain performance with Coupa and Excel
- Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee hardware warranty entitlements and renewals
- Align demand forecasting with internal technical teams and external stakeholders
- Validate technical specifications
- Ensure strict process compliance
