About the Role
You will design robot mechanical structures and explore new manufacturing processes. You will optimize and support production of mechanical components, design reducers, and manage outsourced production. You will resolve structural-design and mass-production issues while improving standardization, serviceability, delivery efficiency, and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or a related field
- Knowledge of mechanical structure design and proficiency with 3D modeling software
- Ability to use mechanical analysis to optimize part structures
- Knowledge of material processing characteristics and mechanical manufacturing processes
- Reducer design or component mold-development experience is preferred
- Experience with projects involving power-battery structural design, thermal design, power tools, reducers, motor structures, magnetic design, automotive, or small household appliances is preferred
- Outstanding new graduates may receive relaxed experience requirements
