About the Role
You will organize and validate equipment inventory, build and deliver kits from bills of materials, receive and store inventory, document material movement, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operations functions to resolve shortages.
Requirements
- Experience in materials handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and barcode scanners
- Attention to detail in documentation and organization
- Ability to safely lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Organize, stock, and validate equipment counts using a warehouse management system
- Compile equipment kits from bills of materials
- Deliver kits to designated staging areas
- Receive, store, and account for supplier and field-returned inventory
- Document material check-ins, check-outs, and movements
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operations functions to resolve shortages
