About the Role
You will manage and support Corporate Master Agents (banks, microfinance institutions, corporate networks). You will act as the primary contact for operational, liquidity, and support requests, execute bank top-ups, reimbursements and reconciliations, provide structured B2B communication, deliver trainings, escalate and resolve incidents, track and close issues, coordinate internally to resolve technical and treasury problems, support projects related to network expansion and quality improvement, and act as a backup for other Master Agent Officers when needed.
Requirements
- University-level education (2+ years)
- Fluent in French with working proficiency in English
- Experience in partner relationship, B2B support, customer operations, or field operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to write clear, structured, and professional corporate emails
- Background or prior exposure in fintech, finance, or banking is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Corporate Master Agents
- Act as primary point of contact for operational, liquidity, and support requests
- Execute bank top-ups, reimbursements, and reconciliations
- Provide structured B2B communication and on-site visits when required
- Support contract follow-ups and coordinate minor agreement adjustments
- Provide day-to-day operational support for tools, devices, and applications
- Escalate incidents and follow up until resolution
- Coordinate internally to resolve technical bugs, transaction issues, and treasury blocks
- Track, follow up, and close issues ensuring high service quality
- Deliver and coordinate training sessions and onboarding for corporate teams
- Monitor performance and operational quality of Corporate Master Agents
- Support corporate network expansion and quality improvement projects
- Act as backup for other Master Agent Officers
