About the Role
You will develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company targets. You will lead the marketing team, oversee content creation, social media campaigns, public relations, digital marketing, business development, and community engagement. You will analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel for events as needed
- Singaporean or permanent resident status
- Ability to communicate in Chinese Mandarin
