About the Role

You will shape positioning, brand and communications strategy and devise and execute marketing strategies for programmes. You will use analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, draft social media and marketing content, and maintain online content across platforms. You will coordinate with partners and manage the Designer to produce high-quality marketing materials, conduct targeted outreach to increase community engagement, engage in B2B outreach with industry partners, and liaise with Programmes and BizOps to align targets and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early work experience
• Desire to be a Marketing Manager in a startup
• 2:1 or above from a leading university
• Demonstrated leadership and team-based activity experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear motivation and focused commitment
• Based in London or able to work from the London office
• Interest in Web3 encouraged but not required

• Monitor and highlight developments in community, alumni, and partner networks
• Engage in B2B outreach with industry partners
• Liaise with Programmes and BizOps to align targets and ensure execution
