About the Role
Support marketing initiatives from planning through execution, including campaign coordination, social media management, content creation, analytics, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Marketing, advertising, and/or business degree.
- Understanding of project management, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, and project-management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven record of timely, under-budget project completion.
- Strong analytical, creative, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and tracking marketing projects and campaigns in Jira.
- Support digital, email, social, content, and paid-media campaign execution.
- Manage SALT’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop content strategies, engage with the community, and analyze social media performance.
- Track, measure, and report marketing KPIs.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
