About the Role
You will support Finoa's marketing team in growing inbound demand. You'll help execute SEO initiatives, improve Finoa's discoverability across search engines and LLM-based discovery tools, support the content calendar, contribute to content strategy, and assist with design and campaign assets. A key part of this role involves using AI and automation tools to increase the output of the marketing function, helping build lightweight workflows, content systems, and n8n automations that make research, content production, SEO execution, reporting, and campaign operations faster and more scalable.
Requirements
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about fintech, crypto, institutional finance, and growth marketing
- Enjoy writing, research, and turning complex topics into clear, useful content
- Interest in SEO, content marketing, AI search, LLM discoverability, or digital growth
- Organized and able to manage a content calendar across multiple channels
- Eye for design and comfortable creating clean, simple marketing assets
- Excited by AI-native ways of working and eager to experiment with tools, workflows, prompts, and automation techniques
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Prior experience in marketing, content, SEO, design, fintech, crypto, AI tools, or workflow automation is a plus but not required
- A portfolio, writing sample, design sample, or previous marketing project is a nice to have
Responsibilities
- Support SEO strategy and execution
- Help identify relevant keywords and optimize website content
- Improve existing pages and support technical SEO tasks
- Track organic performance
- Improve AI and search visibility across AI search, answer engines, and comparison queries
- Manage and support the content calendar across blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, social posts, and customer stories
- Contribute to content strategy by researching market trends, customer pain points, and competitor messaging
- Create and support marketing assets including social media, presentations, reports, and website visuals
- Use AI to accelerate content production and strategy
- Build repeatable workflows for content research, briefs, outlines, and repurposing
- Turn performance data into insights on traffic, engagement, conversions, and qualified inbound leads
