About the Role

You will plan and execute social media growth strategies together with the marketing team to grow the existing community on Twitter, LinkedIn, and other potential channels. You'll work closely with the team to come up with relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand and event awareness. You'll create design briefs and collaborate with the in-house designer on thumbnails, presentations, posters, overlays, and other creative assets. You will launch and manage marketing campaigns such as AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways, podcast guest appearances, and Twitter Spaces. You'll track the effectiveness of communications, analyze data, and use insights to improve communication strategies. You will conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, manage relationships with KOLs, and provide any other end-to-end marketing and operations support needed, reporting daily to the head of marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, mass communications or related disciplines
  • Strong interest and great willingness in the blockchain, crypto industry
  • Has overseas study experiences or have stayed overseas for a minimum of one year
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design knowledge is a huge plus
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and operations (Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Available 3 months minimum with 4 days commitment per week
  • Good project management and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic live streaming tools, video editing and design skills are added advantages
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to details
  • Self-motivated, brand confident, have strong capability of business negotiation power

Responsibilities
