About the Role
You will define problems and identify growth opportunities in monetization, planning and executing growth projects while building processes and standards to improve team performance. You will lead a small team to achieve business goals, and take charge of campaign setup and optimization to meet advertiser and business sales targets. You will troubleshoot critical issues, document insights, and communicate updates across setup, troubleshooting, trafficking, and vendor certifications. You will build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to improve campaign metrics, and collaborate with internal and external partners on competitor research to shape advertising strategy. You will be accountable for improving ad product performance across technical and business areas to maximize lifetime value, and you will help launch new advertising services and formats. You will use market research to inform pricing and monetization strategies, propose new revenue streams, and run tests to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years working experience in project management in app companies (Ecommerce, Ewallet, Classified websites, etc.), advertising operations, or campaign management
- Understanding of and experience in online/digital advertising technology such as ironSource/MAX/Mopub/Admob mediation, AppNexus, Google DFP, and OpenX is a plus
- Keen interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics and data-driven solutions
- Strong critical thinking
- High project management skill
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication

- Communicate critical updates on advertisement operations to relevant personnel
- Drive and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Research competitors and analyze advertising demand to propose strategies
- Improve ad product performance to maximize lifetime value
- Plan and participate in the launch of new advertising services and formats
- Use market research data to establish advertising pricing and monetization functions
- Propose and execute strategic plans to explore new revenue streams
- Conduct tests and assess results to make strategic decisions
