About the Role

You will be the driving force behind the success of Bitpanda's marketing initiatives, bridging the gap between creative execution and data-driven strategy. You'll ensure every campaign, from initial planning to final post-mortem, is executed with precision and aligned with core business objectives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to define the metrics that matter, optimize campaign performance, and uncover new growth opportunities. By combining analytical rigor with a passion for marketing, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower the team to make better decisions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing insights
  • Strong background in analyzing multi-channel campaign performance and driving optimization through data-backed recommendations
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to present data-driven insights to marketing and business leadership
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with deep proficiency in leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and customer data

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end performance tracking across all marketing channels, including brand, CRM, influencer, and product marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate user incentive campaigns, including managing eligibility validation, payout preparation, and reward distribution
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks, translating marketing data into actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, CRM, and Data teams to define KPIs and measure overall business impact
  • Analyze customer journeys and attribution to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead A/B testing, incrementality analysis, and continuous process improvement
