About the Role

You will own, develop, and optimize the entire inbound and outbound analytics from end to end, building and managing the infrastructure that connects the first digital touchpoint to recurring enterprise customers. You will navigate multi-touch attribution in a cookie-less, hyper-secure B2B and B2G ecosystem, tracking the full lifecycle of how users learn about the company, engage with the website, and ultimately sync into a CRM as qualified opportunities. Your insights will directly shape marketing strategy and critical decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Growth Marketing, or Data Analytics
  • Advanced, hands-on mastery of CRM platforms like HubSpot including workflows, attribution mapping, and CRM architecture
  • Strong familiarity with cookie-less, privacy-preserving web analytics platforms like Plausible
  • Proven track record of tracking complex, multi-channel B2B user journeys across disparate media types
  • Experience setting up clean, automated data pipelines that eliminate manual lead-tracking bottlenecks
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain the funnel infrastructure by evaluating and optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools alongside privacy-first analytics tools
  • Map the full customer acquisition lifecycle from discovery to recurring customers
  • Trace the complete journey of prospective clients from content channels to the website to the CRM and sales team
  • Turn raw behavioral and inbound data into actionable marketing intelligence
  • Guide decisions on outbound email cadence, target audiences, and high-ROI ad placements
  • Manage end-to-end performance tracking across social, content, website, and events channels
  • Translate metrics into actionable reports and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure data is handled in an encrypted, secure manner respecting zero-cookie architecture
  • Maintain pristine lead-source tracking
  • Meet with sales and commercial teams to identify pain points with sales tracking and onboard them onto marketing analytics processes
