About the Role

You will own and implement the content strategy that fuels growth marketing and demand generation efforts across the full funnel. You'll partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand and Comms to translate campaign priorities into high-performing content assets. You'll develop and manage multi-channel content programs including paid media content, landing pages, email nurture sequences, case studies, sales enablement materials, webinars, and thought leadership. You'll write and be responsible for producing compelling, conversion-focused content optimized for performance and experimentation. You'll manage the editorial calendar aligned to growth goals and revenue targets, use performance data to continuously test and optimize messaging, formats, and distribution channels, ensure consistent brand voice across all demand gen touchpoints, support SEO-driven growth initiatives, and track and report on content performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally focused on demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and audience segments
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and how content supports each stage
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with a variety of teams
  • Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (Sanity), AI tools
  • Strong attention to detail, understanding that quality takes precedence over speed or quantity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute
  • Experience in the financial services or blockchain industry strongly preferred
