About the Role

You'll use AI agents and generative AI tools to run marketing workflows from idea to published content. You'll create video, image, and social content at high volume and high quality, develop creative campaign ideas that earn attention, and track the AI market and internet culture closely to spot trends early. You'll experiment with formats, channels, and creative angles, and work closely with the Marketing Team and founders to shape the brand's voice and creative direction.

Requirements

• Use generative AI creative tools daily and can show examples of what you've made
• Know how to use AI agents, automations, or workflows to multiply your output
• Have strong creative instincts and understand what makes content spread
• Live online, follow the AI space closely, and have a strong pulse on culture and trends
• Care about output, speed, and quality
• Comfortable experimenting, testing ideas quickly, and learning from what works
• Don't need a highly structured environment to create momentum

• Track the AI market, internet culture, and emerging trends closely
• Spot relevant trends early and turn them into timely content or campaign ideas
• Experiment with formats, channels, and creative angles to understand what resonates
• Work closely with the Marketing Team and the founding team to shape the brand's voice, creative direction, and market presence
