PDAX is a cryptocurrency exchange and wealth app for Filipino users. It enables crypto trading, government bond investments, and digital collectibles access. PDAX is a BSP-licensed virtual asset service provider and offers institutional services via PDAX Prime and PDAX Connect.

About the Role
You will assist with implementing marketing campaigns and provide administrative support, including budget monitoring, payment processing, inventory management, and documentation. You will coordinate vendors, quotes, contracts, and budgets; prepare reports and presentations; and support trade-show, conference, and marketing-event planning and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Provide administrative support, including budget management and monitoring, payment processing, inventory management, and documentation.
- Assist with vendor management, quote requests, contract management, and budget management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing documentation.
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
