About the Role

You will own electrical debug and failure analysis for AI systems at contract manufacturing partners. You will diagnose and repair PCBAs and server assemblies, bring up test stations, improve manufacturability and test coverage, document repair procedures, and drive defect-resolution and yield-improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2–8 years of manufacturing test, product, or electrical engineering experience
• Board-level debug experience with schematics, electronic circuits, and PCB layouts
• Knowledge of system hardware architectures and PCB fabrication and assembly
• Experience with DFX, DFM, yield assessment, and failure analysis
• Experience from prototype bring-up through production ramp
• Ability to adjust schedules and travel to CM or ODM sites
• Working English and fluent Mandarin
• Experience with test fixture design, PCB CAD or CAE tools, Python, Linux, or high-performance compute hardware

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair PCBAs to the component level
• Isolate faults across module, L10, and L11 levels
• Work on-site with contract manufacturers and ODMs to improve yield and qualify components
• Support prototype builds, DOE runs, first-article testing, and test-station debug
• Set up and operate test equipment and factory test stations
• Support PCBA test-fixture design and implementation
• Drive DFM and DFT improvements
• Maintain failure data, debug procedures, and FA/RMA SOPs
• Collaborate to resolve recurring issues and improve yield
• Review process and design FMEAs
• Lead complex defect and yield-improvement initiatives
