About the Role
You will own quality for assigned contract manufacturers, supporting assembly, integration, inspection, testing and rework. You will assess risks before build milestones, analyse yield and defect trends, lead audits and investigations, and drive corrective actions through verified closure.
Requirements
- Hands-on manufacturing quality experience in server, electronics systems, ODM, EMS or contract manufacturing environments
- Ability to lead contract manufacturer quality discussions and influence factory management
- Experience with NPI, manufacturing readiness, production ramp-up and multi-level assembly or integration
- Knowledge of quality metrics, process audits, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, 8D and 5 Why
- Stakeholder management, English reporting and escalation judgement
- Willingness to work at contract manufacturer sites and travel within Taiwan and internationally
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
Responsibilities
- Own factory quality for assigned contract manufacturers
- Support assembly, integration, inspection, testing and rework activities
- Identify and close quality risks before build milestones
- Analyse yield, defect and rework trends to drive improvements
- Lead process audits and quality investigations
- Drive containment, corrective actions and verified issue closure
- Align stakeholders and factory leaders on recovery plans
