About the Role
You recruit, evaluate, select, and invest in early-stage cleantech startups. You run the accelerator program, build mentor and investor relationships, support founders before and after the program, coordinate with internal staff and external partners, report program metrics, engage Atlanta's climate tech community, and assist alumni with ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities
- Recruit startup applicants
- Lead due diligence and selection for a cohort of 5-7 cleantech startups
- Develop relationships with mentors and investors
- Build the cleantech startup pipeline
- Plan program logistics
- Execute accelerator programs
- Serve as lead mentor and point of contact for investments
- Monitor startup progress after the program
- Build ecosystem partnerships
- Engage Atlanta's climate tech startup community
- Coordinate with gener8tor staff and external partners
- Manage external partner relationships
