About the Role
You will lead Technical Deployment Leads delivering production AI engagements for financial-services customers. You will manage portfolio health, customer outcomes, staffing, delivery standards, complex engagements, reusable playbooks, and partnerships with sales and product stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading enterprise AI or ML delivery
- At least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes
- Experience building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Financial Services delivery experience
- Knowledge of model risk, security, and compliance review
- Architecture evaluation

Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and retain Technical Deployment Leads
- Manage each Technical Deployment Lead through regular feedback and growth plans
- Own portfolio health across the financial-services vertical
- Own customer outcomes and executive customer relationships
- Make staffing decisions for each engagement
- Lead complex engagements from delivery planning through production
- Set standards for statements of work, MVP scoping, and value measurement
- Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on engagement qualification, scope, and go-to-market materials
- Run engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, escalation support, and operating cadence
- Surface delivery lessons and financial-services use cases to Product and Research
- Travel to customer sites
