About the Role
You will build and lead the Shared Services Engineering team. You will set its roadmap, define shared capabilities and ownership boundaries, lead architecture and operation of APIs and customer systems, establish secure versioned interfaces, and communicate plans, risks, and tradeoffs across stakeholders.

- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Engineering management experience for production software
- Full-stack application design and operation

Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Shared Services Engineering team
- Hire, coach, manage performance, and support career development
- Define and execute the team roadmap
- Identify shared capabilities and establish ownership and integration boundaries
- Lead architecture, delivery, and operation of shared services, SDKs, APIs, and customer-facing systems
- Establish secure, reliable, documented, and versioned interfaces
- Communicate plans, progress, risks, and tradeoffs across stakeholders
