About the Role
You will lead physical security systems operations across access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance. You will manage projects, budgets, vendors, documentation, compliance, reporting, and future team leadership while supporting physical security requirements in facilities projects.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible enterprise physical security operations experience
- Experience administering access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems
- Experience with LenelS2, Genetec, Brivo, or comparable enterprise security platforms
- Experience leading security technology implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and security system integrators
- Leadership, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance at hire
- Ability to travel to U.S. locations up to 50% or more as needed
- Must be a U.S. Person under applicable export regulations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and administration of access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems
- Manage badge administration, physical access authorization, and credential lifecycle processes
- Plan and execute security technology projects
- Coordinate contractors, integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support capital investment plans and operating budgets
- Incorporate security requirements into facilities projects
- Manage security technology service agreements, maintenance programs, procurement, and vendor performance
- Maintain system documentation and compliance records
- Monitor performance and communicate findings through reports, metrics, and presentations
