About the Role
You will own the overall security posture for your site, serving as the escalation point for security issues across physical security, IT, construction, operations, and customer concerns. You will oversee guard, access-control, and camera vendors; lead incident response through after-action reporting; enforce security standards; identify and close policy gaps; and incorporate security requirements into site planning and operational changes.
Requirements
- Experience leading site-level security at a data center, critical infrastructure facility, or other high-security site
- Experience serving as the escalation point for facility security issues
- Experience holding guard, access control, and camera vendors accountable to policy and SLAs
- Experience coordinating site-level security incidents across internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to identify and correct gaps between security policy and on-the-ground operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and quickly under pressure
Responsibilities
- Own accountability for all site security systems, processes, and policies
- Serve as the on-site escalation point for security-related issues
- Ensure guard force, access control, and camera vendors meet policy and SLA requirements
- Lead site incident response through resolution and after-action reporting
- Enforce security policies and standards and correct operational gaps
- Represent security in site planning, construction, deployment, and operational decisions
