About the Role

You will identify data center capacity that is not converting to revenue and assess its financial value. You will translate technical models into expected value and risk recommendations, evaluate contractual and commercial constraints, and build durable financial frameworks for capacity-utilization decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or capital allocation
Experience in a capital-intensive environment
Understanding of probabilistic thinking, distributions, expected value, and tail risk
SQL proficiency or similar data-querying capability
Experience partnering with Product Management on pricing or product decisions
Contract fluency
Ability to assess and communicate risk under stakeholder pressure

Responsibilities

Identify and size unused or underutilized data center capacity opportunities
Partner with capacity planning, product management, and legal stakeholders
Translate technical and probabilistic models into financial terms
Recommend risk levels for capacity-utilization opportunities
Defend financial recommendations to engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
Build financial frameworks for proven opportunities
Support live capacity-utilization decisions
