About the Role

You will manage international cloud supplier contracts, renewals, RFPs, and vendor relationships. You will translate technical needs into commercial specifications, develop pricing benchmarks and negotiation strategies, mitigate commercial risks, lead supplier reviews, and assess country-level capacity factors.

Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud sourcing, strategic sourcing, or infrastructure commercial roles
• Experience with GPU or high-performance compute environments
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar cloud or infrastructure contracts, including with international suppliers
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge including GPU configurations, networking, and cluster architecture
• Experience building pricing models or financial analyses for sourcing decisions
• Experience collaborating with engineering, finance, and vendor executives
• Ability to apply FinOps principles to cloud sourcing and contract negotiations
• GPU or AI compute sourcing experience is preferred
• Familiarity with data center economics, data residency, currency, and duties is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage international CSP leasing agreements from sourcing and RFPs through execution and renewals
• Translate technical requirements into commercial specifications and coordinate technical evaluations
• Develop cloud compute supplier relationships in international markets
• Build market intelligence on pricing, capacity availability, and vendors
• Develop negotiation strategies to improve costs and terms
• Improve total cost of ownership and mitigate supply chain and commercial risks
• Lead structured vendor performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Track country-level capacity factors including power, regulation, data residency, currency, tax, and duties
