About the Role
You will establish growth measurement strategy and trusted definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality. You will lead forecasting and performance analysis, build and mentor analytics engineers and senior analysts, automate critical reporting workflows, and improve experimentation standards and access to insights.

Responsibilities
- Set the growth measurement strategy and operating model
- Establish company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality
- Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis
- Build and mentor analytics engineers and senior analysts
- Establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows
- Elevate experimentation quality and make insights accessible
