About the Role
You will engage CTOs and engineering leaders, help shape enterprise AI adoption strategies, and guide system-level technical conversations. You will work with Field Engineers, represent customer insights internally, and tailor technical narratives to customer technology stacks.
Requirements
- Experience as an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader in complex organizations.
- Understanding of modern engineering organization structures, developer productivity challenges, and AI and LLM tooling.
- Executive-facing communication skills that connect technical capabilities to business and organizational impact.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders on the AI landscape.
- Partner with Field Engineers to design enterprise AI adoption strategies.
- Represent customer insights and challenges to internal product and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Lead system-level architectural conversations about evaluating Cursor.
- Tailor technical narratives to customer technology stacks.
