About the Role

You will build the Security Applied AI team, hire and develop architects, and set account coverage priorities. You will guide customers through evaluations and deployments, develop security playbooks and reference implementations, partner with sales and internal specialists, and manage strategic security accounts directly.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience
• At least 4 years managing customer-facing technical teams
• Hands-on expertise in application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management
• Experience using LLMs for security work
• Experience with enterprise security deals and customer security reviews
• Ability to explain security risk and value to CISOs and engineers

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop Applied AI Architects
• Set team priorities, segment coverage, and account selection
• Partner with security account executives on account plans and forecasts
• Guide customers through evaluations, proofs of concept, and sustained security workloads
• Work with security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers
• Bring in engineering, security, legal, and trust partners for customer needs
• Write security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches
• Provide product, engineering, and research feedback
• Manage strategic security accounts and customer workshops
