About the Role
You will lead transaction-monitoring, KYT, and KYA frameworks across fiat and digital-asset payments. You will investigate suspicious activity, monitor blockchain wallets, prepare regulatory documentation, maintain AML policies and risk methods, and improve compliance automation, controls, and AI-enabled monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance transaction monitoring, KYT, and KYA frameworks
- Develop and maintain monitoring scenarios, detection rules, thresholds, and alert processes
- Investigate suspicious transactions, customer activity, and blockchain wallet behaviour
- Identify and mitigate money-laundering, terrorist-financing, sanctions, fraud, and other financial-crime risks
- Manage blockchain wallet screening and monitoring
- Prepare investigation reports, case documentation, and suspicious transaction reports
- Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, SOPs, and risk-assessment methodologies
- Monitor financial-crime typologies, regulatory developments, sanctions requirements, and digital-asset compliance obligations
- Enhance monitoring controls, automation, and risk-management processes with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support AI-enabled compliance initiatives and perform assigned projects and reporting
